WP3:
Mechanism of action studies (MOA) studies to establishing the in vitro
and in vivo structural distribution relationships (SDRs) -- Leader: PPS (M1-M36)
WP3 includes the tasks that aim to: establish the solubility and
stability of synthesised micro/nano-particles to ensure they satisfy in
vitro ADMET criteria; rank systemic and central penetrability of the
synthesised micro/nano-particles; clarify the mechanisms of
permeability increase; map out the body distribution of selected
micro/nano-particles from above studies; explore and resolve toxicity
issues; establish structural distribution relationships (SDRs) of
micro/nano-particles by modelling drug transport in silico.
