Work Package 1
WP1: Project Management and Coordination -- Leader: TEIA (M1-M48)
WP1 will cover all activities for efficient overall management of
project and more specifically; ensure delivery of all goals &
objectives; ensure that goals, objectives, milestones and deliverables
are clearly defined and visible throughout project; ensure efficient
team effort between consortium members to achieve project goals;
monitor progress between planned & actual activities; identify
risks/issues and ensure corrective action plans are put in place as
necessary; coordinate EU project reports, deliverables &
milestones; provide efficient financial management & issuing of
payments as necessary; provide link with REA; manage Audit trail
